These desserts are made for those who may hae allergies or simply want to cut down on sugar! Please be an advocate for yourself and ensure the ingredients are right for you. I started baking these desserts as a response to all of my many allergies that I developed in my 30s so, this is what I have created that works for me and I wanted to share that with people who may be going through similar struggles.
